3/8″x1/4″ Brass Threaded Hex Bushing, a lead-free compliant product meeting California AB-1953 and Vermont SB-152 Legislation Certification. Ideal for low to medium pressure applications, including potable water, grease, fuels, LP, and natural gas, with a pressure rating of 1000 psi and an operating temperature of 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Made of durable brass, this one-piece construction bushing offers fair vibration resistance and is compatible with brass or steel pipes. All pipe threads are American Standard Taper Pipe Threads, ensuring a secure and reliable connection. For optimal performance, use Teflon tape or pipe sealant, and tighten pipe threads 2-1/2 turns past finger tight.
