Charlotte Pipe 4″ ABS/DWV Hub Cap. This black cap is used to seal the end of a pipe for non-pressure drain, waste, and vent installations. It is underground rated and has a five (5) year limited warranty. ABS fittings are lightweight and easy to install, requiring no special tools for cutting and are installed by solvent cementing (no primer required).
